Experience an authentic Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza created to please the Indian palette by Chef Devansh Javeri of Mafia Chef ( Mumbai ).

Chicago style Deep Dish pizzas were developed by Italian immigrants in the 1900s. These are an amalgamation of Neapolitan style Pizza and American culture. The thin Neapolitan crust is replaced with a dish type buttery crust which has all the toppings inverted. The crust is first topped with copious amounts of mozzarella cheese and then layered with choice of toppings. All of this is sealed with a chunky, tangy pizza sauce. This is a pizza you eat with a fork and knife. This is true comfort food. Mafia Chef has developed a crust and a pizza sauce which is sure to satiate the Indian palate.
