Abbas cultural presents Keyboard Sathya LIVE with Staccato on this day the 3rd day of September, 2017 at Mylapore Fine Arts, Chennai from 6.45 pm. They will present various Genres like contemporary style of original music, film songs & also perform Fusion pieces.
Sathya will be performing on Keyboard, Piano, Kazoo and Pianica. The interesting part is that the team will present a short capsule of MusicYoga.
Staccato is a contemporary band which has a unique style of presenting music on live stage. It is lead by the new age Music Director RH. Vikram who has scored music for the movie PANDIGAI and has a youthful band to rock the audience. Incidentally this is the 16th year of Keyboard Sathya’s performing career at his age of 22 and looks forward to having a long innings with wishes from all his well wishers.

Inter-School Science Quiz ‘Eureka 2017’
CSIR-Structural Engineering Research Centre and CSIR Madras Complex will be organizing Eureka 2017, the 10th CSIR Inter-School Science Quiz on September 12 in Vigyan Auditorium, CSIR-SERC, CSIR Campus, Taramani.
A team per school comprising of three students from 10th to 12th standard.
The last date for receiving the nominations for the quiz by email through the respective school principals to eureka@serc.res.in before September 6, 2017.
The three best teams will be each awarded a team shield and individual cash prizes at the “Foundation Day” celebration at CSIR Campus on September 26.
Participation certificates will be given to all the students on the day of the quiz.

Gita Lectures on the topic “Work is Worship”
Chinmaya Mission Adyar Area is conducting a series of Gita Lectures in English on the topic “Work is Worship”, based on Gita Chapter 3 – ‘Karma Yoga’ by Swami. Advayananda, Senior Acharya from Chinmaya International Foundation and Chinmaya Vishwa Vidya Peet University, Cochin begining from 9th September to 15th September, 2017, daily from 7pm to 8.15pm at MGR Janaki College of Arts and Science, Durgabhai Deshmuk Road near Adyar Bridge. There will be daily bhajans performed by various groups from 6.30pm-7pm.
The lecture series will be inaugurated by Sri. T.S.Krishnamurthi, Former Chief Election Commissioner of India at a short function at 7pm on 9th September. Smt. Latha Rajendran, Correspondent, MGR Janaki College will be the guest of honour and light the Kuthuvilakku and Senior Carnatic Musician Smt. Usha Padmanabhan will render the invocation.

Exhibition of products by Young adults with Disabilities
