National Level Technical Symposium

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Misrimal Navajee Munoth Jain Engineering College conducted a National Level Technical Symposium, ELEXRIEG 2K15 on 26th September 2015 at the college campus.

Mr.M.Gnanadurai, Head-Human Resources & Administration, Asahi India Glass Ltd. inaugurated the Symposium and released the Souvenir. Dr. N Jaisankar, Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering welcomed the gathering. The Vice Principal Dr.M.D.K.Kumaraswamy felicitated the chief guest and gave a special lecture. The presidential address was delivered by the Principal, Dr. C.C.Christopher. The Convener, Dr. N Selvarasu introduced the Chief Guest.

The National Level Technical Symposium ELEXRIEG 2K15 comprised of 9 Technical events and 5 Non-Technical events namely, Paper presentation, On Spot Project, Technical Connexionz, Line Follower, Technical Quiz, Mock Interview, Circuit Debugging, Minute to win it, Enlight Elite Engineering and a Workshop on “ Android Robots”, by EPR Labs, Non-technical Events like Think Bizz, Gaming, Short Film, Treasure Hunt etc. Around 354 students from 54 different Engineering Colleges across the Nation actively participated and won the prizes.

At the end, in the valedictory function the prizes and the Merit Certificates were distributed to winners of various technical and non technical events by Mr.M.V.Ravichandran, National Head – Sales, News 7 Tamil Channel, the Principal Dr. C.C.Christopher and Dr.N.Jaisankar, Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The symposium ELEXRIEG 2K15 was a grand success a s per recent press release
