For the forthcoming ‘X’ Mas and New Year, Hotel Ambica Empire is situated at No.79, 100ft Road, Vadapalani, Chennai, planning to present a specialized blended ‘X’ Mas cake, to the beloved customers in a most splendid way. The hotel recently  organized a Cake Mixing ceremony..

Indeed, it definitely gives a great taste  and flavour with special spirits, imported Arabic dates, selected fruits & nuts like almond, walnuts, plums, figs, ginger flakes, cashews, raisin, Black Currant, Cherry, dry grapes, etc.,. which gives a feast to your taste buds, instead of explaining the specialty of the cakes, we only ask you to enjoy the taste of our cakes, says Mr.Andrew, Executive Chef.

“PLUM CAKE” is older than history,  tradition, legend and very tasty. Plum cakes made with fresh plums came with other migrants from other traditions in which plum cake is prepared using plum as a primary ingredient says the General Manager, Mr.G.Muralidhara of Hotel Ambica Empire.
