CREAA day celebrated

Chennai Real Estate Agents Association – CREAA, celebrated their 17th annual day here at Chennai. As a part of the celebration, a panel discussion was held on the topic, “How the RERA – Real Estate Regulatory bill is useful for the Realtors, Developers and the common public.” Mr. Suresh Krishn, President, Mr. Ajit Chordia, Past President, CREDAI, Mr. Prakash Challa, SSPDL, Mr. Vijay Sarathi, President, NAR India, Dr. R. Kumar, FRICS, Navin Homes along with Mr. Seshadri, specialist Lawyer in real estate transactions, participated in the discussion. All the parties concerned were happy that RERA has been passed, to ensure better compliance by the builders and facilitate the buyers. However, both the sides felt that some points needed clarification and clear guidance but agreed that this was in interest of the buyer.
