MSSW launches ‘Diploma in HR’ for working professionals
Madras School of Social Work (MSSW), Egmore, has introduced a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) for working professionals. Applications are invited for the course and candidates will be selected through an aptitude test on 2nd July (Sunday) at MSSW College, followed by a personal interview.
MSSW has tied up with HR firm Kelsa Solutions to conduct the classes, which will start from August 2017. The one year course is broken down into twelve modules and are to be taught by HR Practitioners and Academicians. The focus will be to impart knowledge and expertise that would enable Line Managers and HR professionals to deal with day to day HRM issues and to aid people working in Service Delivery, Production or Operations areas, to achieve excellence in people management.
