World Realtors Day 2018
The Chennai Real Estate Agent Association (CREAA) will host World Realtors Day on Wednesday 21st March 2018 at Chennai. Over 400 realtors from all over India will congregate at Taj Coromandel to discuss issues which impacts not only their business but real estate industry as a whole. Mr. S Krishnan IAS, Principal Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu for Housing & Urban Development will preside over the function. Mr. Ajit Choradia, President CREDAI Tamil Nadu & Mr. Suresh Krishn , President CREDAI Chennai be also be present as guests of honour.
According to Mr. Azeem Ahmed, President, CREAA Chennai and NAR-INDIA, this event will be attended by members of 45 different city associations from all over India. It is a fact that more than 80% of all real estate transactions in India happen through the involvement of Real Estate Agents, so the necessity to have properly trained agents representing both the buyer and the seller is very important. CREAA constantly trains its members to understand the real estate scenario in all its aspects. This is done through talks, education programs, seminars and symposia.
The real estate industry today is going through a consolidation phase. The complex and ever changing real estate loss and regulations have to be understood by every member in detail only then the public will repose confidence in the industry. We provide pre and after sales service to build customer loyalty which is a critical input in our profession.
